If this is your first time ordering from us or you are working with new fabric, we do recommend ordering a couple extra transfers so that you can determine the optimal time, temperature and pressure setting as each heat press does vary.

The film is a “cold peel” which means the film needs to be completely cool before attempting to peel the film away from the design.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
