The watermark will not print on your ordered files.
You are purchasing a direct to film transfer that will require the use of a heat press. If this is your first time ordering from us or you are working with new fabric, we do recommend ordering a couple extra transfers so that you can determine the optimal time, temperature and pressure setting as each heat press does vary.
The film is a “cold peel” which means the film needs to be completely cool before attempting to peel the film away from the design.

We can offer a variety of shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and safely secured. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
